Brilliant remarks! :-) You’re right. This would be criteria based on sampled data of people who write reviews only making it perhaps a little biased. So, to extend these initial experiments I’d introduce the product to a diverse Alpha testing group. Get open feedback and make improvements to have a Beta product ready for the next stage of experiments. I’m curious, how would you handle something like this?
