Hey, my name is Jano. I’m the author of the “very problematic and useless” article. I am the first one to admit that I don’t know everything in life, but I genuinely think you missed the point here. I get that in some special cases NDAs are necessary to protect trade secrets. But the greater point I’m making is that these days every Tom, Dick, or Harry walks around asking people to sign useless NDAs. It’s a counterproductive work culture.
I never said a word about biotech in this article. Anything regulated by the FDA always has more strings and red tape attached.
