I’d love to know some perspectives too! :-)

Here’s mine: The most important lesson I’ve learned is to make sure that your startup is a business and not a feature. Too many startups are features. Although, the fight is not over for any of these companies, it’s now about making sure your product is even more frictionless that Apple’s and treating your customers like gold. Consumers are lazy. They take the path of least resistance.
