I’m sorry, but this just feels a little too naïve. In which world does it sound like a smart idea to go on a hiring spree in a pandemic especially when things started opening up again clearly indicating a return to normal or at least a new normal?

It’s simple.

When people are forced to be locked up in their houses at scale they tend to order more online. If people are not forced to be home at scale they order less online. It’s not rocket science.
