1. Value always rises to the top in the long run—but it’s not what me or you find valuable—but our average client. Let the course overflow with value and free resources nobody else is giving.
2. The most successful course instructors I know usually build trust by sharing 99% of their thinking for free and 1% in the paid content.
3. Target early adopters first. If the course is really as good to them as it should be, they would do the marketing for you.
4. Diversified traffic sources.
