True. It is easy to talk in hindsight. But what did they just expect everyone to stay home forever? There obviously had to be a point of return at least to some new normal where people would return to brick-and-mortar. I find it very naïve and honestly overly optimistic to make such a long-term choice based on such short term data where it was especially frictionful to go to physical stores. Would you have done the same if you were in their CEO’s shoes?
